RENTAL RATES

11% Sales and Occupancy Tax included in Rental Rate
HOT TUB MAINTENANCE REQUIRED
 BY THE STATE OF NORTH CAROLINA
AFTER EACH RENTAL - REGARDLESS OF USAGE.
Hot Tub Fee - $50.00 (Included in Rental Rate)
Cleaning Fee - $85.00 (Included in Rental Rate)

RESERVATIONS
Reservation Fee - $25.00 (included in Rental Rate; non-refundable)

DEPOSITS & PAYMENTS
A $200 security/damage deposit and the reservation fee is required to secure a booking. The deposit will be returned within 2 weeks of departure, provided the cabin is left in its original condition. Full rental payment, deposit, reservation fee, is required 30 days prior to arrival date. For bookings within 30 days of arrival, full payment is due at time of booking.

CANCELLATION POLICY
We will provide a full refund (less the Reservation Fee) with a full 30 days notice prior to the reservation date. For all cancellations within 30 days of arrival, the deposit will be forfeited.
